Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Karen to your Discord server or accessing the Karen dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Karen.

2. Permitted Use

Karen is provided to help server administrators moderate communities. You may use Karen to:

• Enforce moderation actions on members of your server
• Configure automated security and anti-spam protection
• Access audit logs and moderation history via the dashboard

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Karen to:

• Harass, target, or abuse individuals
• Automate ban campaigns against communities without cause
• Attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

4. Service Availability

Karen is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency shutdowns at any time. We are not liable for disruptions to your server's moderation during downtime.

5. Premium Features

Certain features require a premium subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove Karen from any server that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may remove Karen from your server at any time via Discord's server settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for moderation decisions made using Karen's tooling, including bans, kicks, or timeouts applied to server members.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Karen after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
